As you make calls, minutes are deducted from your balance — with usage depending on the AI voice quality, features, and integrations you choose.

How AI Minute Usage Works

Your usage depends on how advanced your AI settings are:

We’ve built in automatic top-ups so your AI never goes offline mid-month:

✔ When your remaining minutes drop to 20% of your plan total, we automatically add 20% more minutes at 20% of your plan price.

Top-up minutes carry over — any unused top-up minutes stay in your account the following month.

A note on plan minutes: Your monthly included minutes reset at each billing cycle. Top them up before they run out and those extra minutes are yours to keep.

Each AI voice model has a base minute usage rate per call.

When you add extra features like automations or integrations, a small amount of additional time is added to each interaction — depending on what’s being performed. Here are examples of features that may add minute usage:

SMS & Email Notifications – Sends follow-ups or confirmations

Finding the Best Plan for Your Needs

✔ Your selected AI model determines the base cost per minute (e.g., Economy Essential, Smart Standard, or Premium Pro).

✔ Additional features like SMS, CRM sync, or call transcription add a small extra cost per minute, stacking on top of the base price.

The total cost per minute depends on both your AI model and any extra features you enable.

Let’s say your base Call Agent AI model costs 2¢ per minute:

✔ If you add SMS notifications (1¢ extra per minute), your total cost per minute is now 3¢.

✔ If you also enable Google Sheets syncing (2¢ extra per minute), your total cost becomes 5¢ per minute.
