By accessing or using the services provided by Call Agent AI, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
Call Agent AI offers AI-driven call management solutions, including but not limited to booking appointments, answering inquiries, and transferring calls. Service availability and features may be subject to change.
Users are required to provide accurate information, comply with applicable laws, and refrain from using the service for unlawful or prohibited purposes.
Users will be billed based on their chosen subscription plan. By default, an auto top-up feature of 20% of the total minutes of your pricing plan is available to ensure uninterrupted service. Notifications will be sent when account balances fall beneath your threshold.
If a user cancels their subscription mid-month, no refund will be issued for that month. The subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be applied for subsequent months.
Call Agent AI values your privacy. Our Privacy Policy outlines how your personal information is collected, used, and protected. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with Call Agent AI are the sole property of Call Agent AI, Inc. and are protected under applicable laws.
Call Agent AI reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at our discretion, without notice, for conduct deemed harmful, non-compliant, or in violation of these terms.
Any disputes arising under these terms shall be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
Call Agent AI services are provided ‘as is’ without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Call Agent AI, Inc., its officers, employees, and agents from claims, liabilities, or damages resulting from the use of our services.
Call Agent AI will not be held liable for delays or failures in performance caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, or government restrictions.
If any provision of these terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Call Agent AI reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
