Service availability and features may be subject to change.

3. User Obligations

Users must:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Comply with applicable laws
  • Refrain from using our service for unlawful or prohibited purposes

4. Billing and Payments

  • Users are billed based on their chosen subscription plan.
  • By default, an auto top-up feature of 20% of the total minutes of your pricing plan is enabled to ensure uninterrupted service.
  • Notifications will be sent when account balances fall below your threshold.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • If a user cancels their subscription mid-month, no refund will be issued for that month.
  • The subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • No further charges will be applied for subsequent months.

6. Privacy Policy

CallAgentAI values your privacy. Our Privacy Policy outlines how your personal information is collected, used, and protected. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in our Data Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

11. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless CallAgentAI, Inc., its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, or damages resulting from the use of our services.

12. Force Majeure

CallAgentAI will not be held liable for delays or failures in performance caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
